We have extensive experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder research, legislative and regulatory drafting, dialog, and monitoring and evaluation processes. Our consulting wing conducts contract-based needs assessment, research, drafting, and monitoring and evaluation projects.

Legis offers in-country, online, and blended learning courses for parliamentary and ministerial staff, elected representatives, members of civil society and media, and others who are interested in participating in evidence-based needs assessment, prioritization, policy analysis, oversight, and legislation Design and drafting processes.
Our workshops and online courses generate participatory solutions through joint inquiry and dialog-based learning. Courses are designed to strengthen the capacity of all participants in the lawmaking process (including media and civil society) to contribute to the development of evidence-based, effectively implemented laws, regulations, policies, and local solutions.
