Partnering for Sustainable Local Leadership, Mastery, & Innovation

Our intellectual journey began with a course that invited change agents and champions around the world into a collaborative process of designing solutions and crafting draft laws and research to support their recommendations.

From these roots, we developed an integrated focus on institutionalization and change management processes.

Our approach has evolved into a clear engagement strategy for

  • teaching new techniques,
  • inviting stakeholders and local experts into the process of localizing their own way of teaching and implementing what they have learned,
  • training and credentialing local trainers, 
  • providing them with technical tools to streamline and support their work,
  • partnering with them as they develop manuals, educational materials, and case studies,
  • co-developing monitoring and evaluation plans, while backstopping and coaching as needed, and
  • cheering them on as they launch their own sustainable programs that gain momentum over time, solving problems with growing effectiveness and inclusiveness.
